Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (holidays may affect shipping so please be mindful of this upon purchasing).

 

Although it is very uncommon, if we are experiencing a high volume of orders that may interfere with your shipment, we will contact you and keep you updated on your order via text or email. 

 

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

All orders will be shipped by USPS priority mail, this service includes a tracking number, items are expected to arrive 1-3 business days after shipping.

 

Although it is uncommon, we are not responsible for any delays with the post office.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Dollish PINK Collection is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Although it is very unlikely, Dollish PINK Collection is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

International Shipping Policy

We offer worldwide shipping; additional fees will apply and it may take longer for your package to arrive.

Returns Policy

Dollish PINK Collection does NOT offer refunds or exchanges, please seek help if you have any questions about a product before making your purchase.
